PCBlaze Warranty Information
At PCBlaze, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of the custom PCs we build. To give you peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty on all systems and components. Below is a detailed overview of our warranty policy.
1. Warranty Coverage
All PCBlaze custom-built PCs come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty includes coverage for:
- Hardware Defects: Any defects in the components used to build the system, such as the motherboard, processor, memory, storage devices, and power supply.
- Assembly Issues: Issues related to the assembly of your system, such as wiring, internal connections, or incorrect installation.
2. What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse or neglect: This includes physical damage, accidental spills, or damage caused by improper handling or transportation.
- Software Issues: Issues related to operating systems, drivers, or software applications, including corruption or performance issues arising from software configuration.
- Virus or Malware Infections: We do not cover damages caused by viruses, malware, or unauthorized software installations.
- External Accessories: Peripherals, accessories, and non-integrated components (such as monitors, keyboards, or speakers) are covered only if specified in the product description.
- Upgrade or Modification Damage: Any damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or upgrades, including changes to hardware or overclocking.
3. Warranty Claim Process
If you experience an issue covered by the warranty, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:
-
Contact PCBlaze Support: Reach out to our support team via email at support@pcblaze.com or by phone at (Insert your phone number). Please have your order number and a detailed description of the issue ready.
-
Diagnostics: Our team will troubleshoot the problem to determine whether it’s a warranty-related issue. In some cases, you may be asked to perform basic troubleshooting steps or provide diagnostic information.
-
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): If a warranty claim is approved, we will issue an RMA number and provide instructions for returning the affected part or system. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid further damage during return shipping.
-
Repair or Replacement: Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either repair the defective part, replace the part, or replace the entire system if necessary. You will be informed of the next steps and estimated repair/replacement time.
4. Warranty Period and Extension
- The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for 1 year. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
- We offer extended warranty options for an additional fee. Please contact our support team for more information on available extended warranty plans.
5. Shipping and Handling Costs
- For warranty repairs or replacements, PCBlaze covers the shipping cost for sending replacement parts to you within the United States.
- Return shipping costs (from you to us) for warranty claims may be covered by PCBlaze in certain circumstances, but in most cases, customers will be responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your product.
6. International Warranty
For customers outside the United States, the warranty coverage is still valid; however, return shipping costs, import duties, and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Our team will guide you through the process for international warranty claims.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCBlaze will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruptions, or any other type of financial loss.
8. Product Modifications and Upgrades
Any modifications or upgrades made to the system after the original purchase may void the warranty. Please consult with our support team before making any hardware or software changes to ensure that your warranty remains valid.
9. Exclusions and Governing Law
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary depending on your jurisdiction. The warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable local law.
