PC Blaze Return Policy

At PC Blaze, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return policy for eligible items. Please review our return policy below for detailed instructions and eligibility.

1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Custom-built PCs: Once a PC is custom-built according to your specifications, it cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
  • Pre-built PCs: Pre-configured systems, including desktops or laptops, are non-returnable.
  • Customized Products: Any product modified or customized to your specifications, including components that were part of a customized build, are non-returnable.
  • Software (opened or installed).
  • Special order items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Opened consumables (e.g., batteries, ink cartridges).
  • Any products marked as "final sale" on the product page.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation.
  • Items returned outside the eligibility period or in a condition different from their original state will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

To return an eligible item, follow these steps:

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

    • Contact our customer service team at [support@pcblaze.com] or call [XXX-XXX-XXXX] to obtain an RMA number.
    • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Pack the Item:

    • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
    • Include all accessories, manuals, and packaging that originally came with the product.
  3. Return the Item:

    • Ship the item back to PC Blaze within 14 days of receiving your RMA number.
    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once the return is processed and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Restocking Fees

Some items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price, including but not limited to items returned in opened or used condition, or if the return is not due to an error on our part. Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund based on the condition of the item. Defective or damaged items are not subject to restocking fees.

7. Warranty

Many products are covered by a manufacturer warranty. If your item is defective and covered by warranty, you may be able to obtain a replacement or repair directly through the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty service. PC Blaze will assist with the return if necessary.

8. International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipments must be processed through our customer service team, and any customs duties or taxes paid on the order are non-refundable.
