Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50 (within the contiguous U.S.).
International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs fees or import duties upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package. You can also track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. In case of a shipping delay, we will notify you promptly.
Incorrect or Missing Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment.
Unclaimed Packages & Buyer Responsibility:Â All order placed on www.pcbIaze.com required direct signature. If a delivery attempts is made by the courier, and you do not make reasonable efforts to assist in receiving or rescheduling the delivery, and the package is ultimately lost , the buyer will be responsible for the loss. In this case, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment unless the issue is addressed directly with the courier. It is the buyer's responsibility to track the package and ensure it is received and that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout
Damaged or Lost Items:Â

Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during shipping, you have to contact us within 1 day of delivery. We have 3 days to file insurance claim. After 3 days have passed we wont be able to file insurance complain and we will not be responsible. We will assist in filing a claim with the courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS). A replacement or refund will be issued only after the courier or insurance provider has completed the investigation and approved the claim.

Lost Items: We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your order against loss or damage. Once the package is handed over to the courier, our responsibility ends, and we can only assist with the claim process.
